After much consideration, you decide that nuking the planet probably isn’t a great idea. Not because you’d regret all the violence and senseless waste of human lives. That was the whole point, after all. No, you just really fear the potential for retribution.

But you still have access to a significantly large supply of nuclear weapons. Seems you should be able to do something with them. If only there were a way you could unleash them upon the world without getting caught.

That’s it! You’ll sell them to an extremist terrorist group. They’ll be sure to use them, and you’ll be completely blameless in the whole affair. But who to sell them to? You can think of two groups that would be willing to use them.

The first are the Umbrakistani rebels. They’re always in the market for something that will reduce some of the clutter on world maps. Though they have a rather poor business reputation.

Or there’s the Spandexistan People’s Front. These Spandexistans have been known to buy any and all weapons, from nuclear warheads to Red Rider BB guns. They’ll definitely buy from you, but the question is how soon they’ll use them.
