You decide to use your matter transmuter to change the world’s populace into your willing slaves. The way it works is actually very simple, though you’re completely incapable of explaining it, as you’re far too mad. You are so mad, in fact, that not only are you incapable of communicating its inner workings, but so is the omnipresent narrator who dictates all your life’s events to you. It’s function, however, is to merge two life forms into one combined life form. You grin at the thought of creating an army of dog-men who will sit and roll over at your very command. You consider for a moment creating an army of cat-men, but decide that they’d be too independent and moody, and might develop an irritating habit of bringing you dead rodents for presents.

There is but one problem with the matter transmuter: it is completely untested. So, before creating your army of slave creatures, you’ll first need to test it on the individual level, in order to properly calibrate it before putting it to use.

Do you test it on a specific target?
Do you test it on a random stranger?
